I just want to know for what I can use spider eyes because  Woc wiki does not say anything.

you can eat spider eyes, but sometimes it can be poisonous

I use spider eyes to regenerate my hunger bar. But most of the time, they are poisonous so they lower your health bar for 5 seconds.
