A voice chat feature would be a great feature for this game. You would mute the voices if player wants to do so.

Yes i agree i have always had problems with the chat because it keeps saying [cen] and then the rest of the word.
Remember you might want to add a message page saying like for example if there was hoho and jobo and hoho wanted to turn it on to talk to jobo it should send a message saying hoho would like to turn speaker chat on would you like to allow? To allow klick allow to not allow click cancel.
Do you see what i mean?
