I am not so sure if you can build animals on this world. I will have to ask Olga. One animal might fit. But I don't know about more. The maps aren't infinite :(
I am sorry. I built a mall in that spot. I am sorry. But there maybe a mini spot in the mall where you can build. The mall was made by me so I permit it! :)
All the modern buildings were probably built by moderator. And two of a business towers built by Me, Olga, and moderator. The unfinished Taco mansion was by me, the angel was made by me and so is the TS business tower. One of the towers were just built by Olga herself.
