In planet of cubes multiplayer survival mode, is there only one snowy place? Also, does each place (the ones you go to through portals) have its own set of coordinates for example, all of them having the coordinates 52:100?

There's multiple biomes spread across the infinite world,and there's multiple biomes. Also portals don't lead to new worlds,just different parts of the world.
