You can get this game on Windows 10 yes. It's called world craft. Though keep in mind it hasn't been updated like the iOS and android version so it might now work right now.
im having trouble getting it on windows 10 like basicly. when i sign in to get the free trial it sead error has occured

Hello red! I own the game on Windows 10 but it does not work for me either. In my opinion it could use a real big stableization update. It is very bad at working with worlds. It loads to almost full and then crashes. I suggest that you ignore the game on Windows and get it on android, Apple, and other hand held devices like iPad. It will be called World of Cubes in Apple Store and I'm not sure about the name in android store. I think it is still World of Cubes.
